Greetings players, and welcome to the rules thread. Wether you are a new player with the common sense to get to grips with a server's rules and regulations, or whether you're a responsible veteran player keeping yourself up to date on the way we constantly run things, reading the contents of this thread is a guaranteed way to ensure you do not get yourself banned, muted or punished in any way for breaking the rules we work hard to maintain in our game servers. 1) English is the only allowed language on our forum. Any attempts to, or posts made in a language other than English will be deleted and the user will recieve an infraction. 2) Multiple registrations are prohibited and will result in immediate account deletion of all associated accounts if detected. 3) No posting of explicit or illegal content. This includes the posting and sharing of pornography, warez, cracks, serials, gore and illegally obtained copyrighted content. If you are about to post something, and you need to stop and think whether it is suitable to post on a child-friendly forum - chances are you should not post what you are about to share. 4) Do NOT advertise in any way shape or form. Link posting to other websites, private servers or other communities will result in deletion of your post and an infraction placed upon your account. 5) Political discussion and any discussion regarding religion or religious matters is forbidden. 6) Use the 'search' function and research your question before you ask - there's a chance it has already been answered. 7) Respect the netiquette; lurk and get to know the forum before you post. 8) Keep the focus; questions outside the scope of a certain forum or post will either be moved, locked or simply be deleted. 9) Be nice to other community members and respect the staff. Profanity and insults will not be tolerated. If you have a problem with another member turn to the respective moderator and if the moderator can't help you send a private message to either Aerith, Vivira, or LegoBlock. Instructions and decisions by the moderator team are to be followed. 10) No cross posting. Post your message once, to the appropriate forum and nowhere else or it will be locked or deleted without warning. 11) Do not send questions pertaining to topics of discussion on this board via personal messages or email to Moderators or Admins, they will be ignored. 12) Use a thread title that describes the content of your post where possible. 13) Do not use caps, special marks, or more than one exclamation/question mark to draw attention to your post 14) Keep the size of personal images down. 15) Contribute to the discussion. If you have nothing intelligent to say (for example ok, if you say so, eh, I don't know) then please do not post. 16) Do not post to increase your post count. Posting something just so that you can say something is not tolerated. 17) Do not dig old threads. Digging is the practice of posting in an old thread that hasn't been used in some weeks and you bring it back to the front page. Leave dead posts be. 18) The following users will have special colors/titles to their Signatures. These are who you can turn to most for help. (Excluding VIPs) Human Resources (HR) - Hot Pink Administrators (Admin) - Purple Developers (Devs) - Green Gamemasters (GMs) - Blue VIPs (Very Important Players - Red 20) We ask for you to keep your siganture/avatar pictures to a averaged size of (350x500/600/700). Breakers of this rule will have their signatures deleted. Repetition of this offense will result in first verbal warning, then a ban. If you have to think about your forum signature/avatar being too big, it probably is. 21) In-game rules can partially be used as forum rules, so maintaining a general state of good willingness and a contributory attitude will save you and our staff a lot of hassle.
